The hotel is conveniently located near a monorail station, making it easy to access Haneda Airport. It's situated in an office area, close to several cheap train stations. The staff were willing to arrange a taxi for us to the airport. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-appointed with great wifi coverage. The hotel also provided an instant drip coffee.
Some guests reported issues with cleanliness and housekeeping standards.

I loved the fine view of Tokyo Tower from my room, and it was just a short walk to the JR station. Plus, being close to Tsukiji fish market was a real highlight of my stay. I highly recommend Mitsui Garden for a comfortable Tokyo stay.

I recently stayed at this venue and it was a great experience. This hotel is situated in a peaceful area and there are two beautiful Japanese gardens nearby that I got to visit. The location is central and is just a short walk away from many train stations. The staff are extremely friendly and offered top-notch service, especially when I had issues with my online purchasing. The room had all the amenities that I could have wanted such as an electric kettle, refrigerator, and even ironing facilities. The bed was comfortable and the room had both heating and air conditioning. The cleaning and housekeeping were also remarkable, and the lounge area and dining restaurant were great hangout spots.
Families would love this hotel as it has amazing leisure activities like public bath facilities and massage.

Great access to Hanena airport via monorail. Upgraded room, free drip coffee, convenient nearby Lawson's store. Helpful English-speaking staff.
